“Teodosio”: this wine is named after a famous emperor, a Basilieus; the coin of the Vth century with Teodosio’s effigy became the symbol of our winery.

Fermentation: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 15/30 days

Ageing: 10 – 12 months in French oak barriques II and III hand

Organoleptic evaluation: Ruby-red coloured wine tending to violet-purple. Soft fruit aroma with a prevalence of plum and morello cherry. Well balanced, full in body and with a lingering finish.

Maturation: 12 months minimum

Serving temperature: 18 °C
